- To carry out the technical upgrading of production, introduce resource-saving, low-waste and waste-free technologies, rationally use natural resources, interact with stakeholders on environment protection issues.
- To carry out consultations and to ensure the participation of workers and their representatives in the issues of occupational safety and health protection.
