KuibyshevAzot has drawn conclusion on the work for I quarter of 2021

Compared with the same period of 2021, the production of principal types of products was:

– ammonia – 102% (considering the production of Linde Azot Togliatti LLC joint venture);

– prilled ammonium nitrate – 101,3 %;

– prilled urea – 86,9 %;

– ammonium sulphate – 94,8%;

– UAN – 164,1%;

– caprolactam – 98,2%;

– polyamide-6 – 99,4%;

– polyamide yarn – 82,6%;

– dipped cord fabric – 99,6%.

In I quarter of 2022, the work on implementing investment projects was continued at the production site.

In partnership with the Italian concern Maire Tecnimont Group, the construction of a new urea plant is at the final stage. The project provides for the use of advanced technologies that ensure environmentally friendly and safe production. 

The technological process is being adjusted at the storm water treatment facilities of the Northern industrial hub and part of the Central district of Togliatti, built at the expense of PJSC KuibyshevAzot. Commissioning of the facility this year will make a serious contribution to solving the environmental problems of the Volga basin.

A new granulation and evaporation unit is under construction at the ammonium nitrate plant. Implementation of the project will minimize the impact on the environment. 

All prospective projects implemented by the company are aimed at reducing the consumption of raw materials, heat and energy resources, reducing the impact of production on the environment, as well as maintaining the company's market position.

In I quarter of 2022, KuibyshevAzot PJSC invested 1,9 million rubles for the enterprise production development and updating the operating equipment.
