Born in 1950. In 1973, graduated from the Kuybyshev Polytechnic Institute (the Faculty of Chemical Technology) with a degree in Process Engineering.

In 2004, graduated from the Academy of National Economy of the Russian Federation Government, with a degree in Management - International Business.

Until 1969 worked as an equipment operator at the Stavropol Chemical and Phosphor Plant.

Since 1973, employed at the KuibyshevAzot, where he made his way from the Shift Supervisor to the General Director (from 1992 to 2015).

In 2015, elected the Chairman of the Board of Directors of PJSC KuibyshevAzot.

Mr. Gerasimenko is a member of the Council of the Russian Union of Chemists, the Vice-President of the Union of Employers of the Samara Region. Member of the Board of the Togliatti Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Member of the Board of Trustees of Togliatti State University, charitable foundations “Foundation for Assistance to the Development of Civil Society Institutions in the Volga Federal District” and “Spiritual Heritage”. Honorary member of All-Union Society of Inventors and Rationalizers. He is the author of 64 scientific papers and publications as well as 36 inventions.

In 2018, he was included in the working group on economic development and support for entrepreneurship of the Public Council of the Volga Federal District for the development of civil society institutions.

Mr. Gerasimenko is awarded the Medal of the Order “For Merit for the Motherland” of the I and II degree, the Order "Badge of Honor". Honorary chemist of the Russian Federation, Honorary ecologist, Honorary citizen of the Samara region.

Born in 1975. In 1997, graduated from the Tolyatti Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 1999 graduated from the Samara State Technical University with a degree in Chemical Technology of Organic Substances.

Since 1997, employed at PJSC KuibyshevAzot, where he made his way from a Senior Master of the Caprolactam workshop to the General Director. Mr. Gerasimenko has held the positions of the Shift Manager at the ammonium nitrate shop, Deputy Head of the lactam shop, Deputy Head of the cyclohexanone shop, Deputy Head of the sales department, Head of the sales department, Corporate Affairs Director.

In 2005 he completed his MBA at the Oxford Brooks University.

In 2015 the shareholders' meeting of PJSC KuibyshevAzot elected him as a General Director.

Mr. Gerasimenko is awarded the Acknowledgment of the Governor of the Samara Region.

In 2007, Mr. Bylinin was elected to be the member of the Board of Directors of PJSC KuibyshevAzot.

Honorary chemist of the Russian Federation. He is awarded the gold medal “For the contribution to the development of the agro-industrial complex of Russia”, the Acknowledgment of the Governor of the Samara Region, the Recognition Certificate of the Ministry of the Industry and Technology of the Samara Region.

Born in 1964. In 1988 graduated from the Kuibyshev Planning Institute with a degree in Economics and Planning for Procurement and Sales.

Since 1988, employed at PJSC KuibyshevAzot. He has held the position of Economist in supply, Deputy Head of the supply department, Head of the commercial department, Chief Marketing Specialist.

In 1998, he completed the state presidential program for senior executives for the national economy of the Russian Federation.

Since 2004 — Director for Marketing and Strategic Planning of PJSC KuibyshevAzot.

Since 2014 — Member of the Board of Directors of PJSC KuibyshevAzot.

Mr. Rybkin is awarded the Order of the Red Star, the Recognition Certificate of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Acknowledgment of the Governor of the Samara Region.

Born in 1979. In 2002 graduated from the Volga University by the name of Tatishcheva with a degree in Accounting and Auditing.

Since 2002, he has been working at PJSC KuibyshevAzot. He has held the positions of an accountant of the accounting and costing sector, Head of the accounting and costing sector, Deputy chief accountant for accounting and reporting.

Since 2012 — Chief Accountant of PJSC KuibyshevAzot.

In 2014, Mr. Kudashev was awarded the Recognition Certificate of the Russian Trade Union of Workers of Chemical Industries.
